June 18, 2007 marks the 10 th aniversary of Shanghai Bag Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. The company held a grand celebration for such an important day. Present are John Mcmilan, the chairman of the board of SBFEC who are from W.L.Gore&Associates, Inc. in the USA, and other leaders of SBFEC. John Mcmilan gave a memorial plaque to this celebration to express his gratitude to all the staff for their efforts and contributions in the last decade and then awarded prize cup to the best staffers.

Shanghai Bag Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd which is jointly established by W.L.Gore&Associates, Inc. and Shanghai Carbon Works was founded in 1997. After 10 years' efforts, the small-scale company which produced bag filtration equipment has grown into a famous enterprise which takes a lead in this field. With products sold overseas in America, Europe, East-south Asia, etc, our company enjoys a fame in both domestic and foreign market.

In his speech, John Mcmilan nodded the achievement of the company in the last decade, and expressed this gratitude to the loyalty and devotion of all the staff. He hoped that SBFEC will seize the opportunity created by the development of China and world filtration industry, and develop and use more company's ability in processing filter bag and clean stream, playing an important part in W.L.Gore&Associates, Inc. He also noted that it was the first time that he had visited SBFEC. In this visit, besides expressing his congratulations to the 10 th aniversary, he also wanted to pass on the idea of "happily earning and enjoying work" to every staffer.

General manager, Zhou Wei gave congratulations to all the staff on behalf of the leading group and expressed his many thanks for the technological guidance and support of W.L.Gore&Associates, Inc. In his speech, he reviewed the development history of the last 10 years, sumarized the performance of the year 2006 and the first half of 2007, and encouraged everyone to keep and promote the work style of "struggle, devote, love and respect our work" in SBFEC, and to make concerted efforts to expand and empower SBFEC, making it "the most powerful bag filtration equipment company in Asia."

As eyewitness of company's development, many senior staffers still had a clear memory of the old days of struggling and pioneering efforts. Hardship and bad conditions had not stopped their proceeding. With warm-blooded passion, they fulfilled one task after another, grew with the company and eyewitnessed the glory of today's company. They stated that, in today's economy-globalized world, we have to keep pace with the times, actively convert our concept, and contribute themselves to the new development of the company by more passion and better performance.
