The coMpany has started ERP management system, and implemented management by objectives: specifying objectives of different departments, establishing annual and middle-or-long-term individual goals, guiding the staff to carry out their individual plan to obtain those goals, and assessing staff’s performance according to the established objectives so as to make sure the assessing results are objective, fair and acceptable.
